Technology Measurements

I am very interested in how we choose to operationalize technology-related constructs for our research and practice. My colleagues and I have developed a number of robust measurement systems over the years to assess technology constructs like technology literacy or student perspectives of ePortfolios and more. These measurement tools are used in research studies to document educational outcomes.
